Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data public-it collects, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service and we don't sell your data.
1. What we collect
Account: e-mail, name and password hash (managed by our authentication provider).
Usage: sites, publications, storage size and aggregated traffic counters per site/account (for quotas).
Billing: subscription status and plan, processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
Technical: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security, rate limiting and debugging.
Leads: e-mail addresses submitted in our forms, with optional UTM parameters.
2. How we use it
To operate the service (authentication, publishing, serving, quotas), to bill paid plans, to send transactional e-mail (welcome, invites, billing alerts), and to protect the platform against abuse.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content or data to train AI models.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies: your session (authentication) and your language preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Where your data lives
We rely on these subprocessors: Neon (Postgres database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Stripe (payments), Upstash (cache/counters) and Resend (transactional e-mail). Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where these providers operate.
5. Published content is public
Everything you publish becomes a public website by design. Don't publish personal data or secrets you don't want public — and remember AI-generated artifacts can accidentally contain them.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account exists. Deleting a site deletes its stored files; deleting your account removes your personal data within a reasonable window, except what we must keep for legal/tax reasons (e.g. invoices).
7. Your rights
Under the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU) and similar laws, you can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing.
